Challenge
The integrator's loads completed. The controller could not tie them back to the source. Variances were being explained in meetings rather than traced in data.
Approach
We introduced field-level reconciliation and a tolerance matrix finance agreed in writing. Every variance was traced to its root cause in the source and fixed there.
We worked beside the integrator. Replacing them would have cost the date.
Outcome
The third mock load reconciled within tolerance. The dress rehearsal passed with zero variance on financial objects and the program went live on the published date.
