Approach

The EDL Engine.

Every object extracted with lineage, transformed by signed rules, loaded by the right tool and reconciled before anyone says done.

Engine

Five Stages. One Lineage.

  • 01

    Extract

Read-only extraction with full lineage. Every target record traces to the source row it came from.

  • 02

    Profile

Each object scored against S/4HANA validation rules before anyone transforms anything.

  • 03

    Transform

Versioned mapping and harmonization rules, reviewed and signed by the business owner.

  • 04

    Load

Migration Cockpit, staging tables or BODS, chosen per object by volume and logic.

  • 05

    Reconcile

Count, value and field-level comparison against the tolerance matrix. Then, and only then, signed.

Method

From Assessment to Hypercare.

Each phase ends at a gate with signed evidence. Nothing moves forward on trust.

  1. Gate 1
    Assess
Source profiling, object inventory, risk register.
  2. Gate 2
    Design
    Mapping, load strategy, tolerance matrix.
  3. Gate 3
    Mock Loads
Full volume, every load reconciled and signed.
  4. Gate 4
    Cutover
Dress rehearsal on the real clock, then the weekend.
  5. Gate 5
    Hypercare
Defect triage and data stewardship handed over.
Reconciliation

What Sign-off Looks Like.

Every mock load produces this. Variances are classified against tolerance. Anything out of tolerance does not reach the cutover runbook.

See It Against Your Landscape.

We will walk your team through the engine using your source systems and your object list, not a demo set.
